EE - how to comment on a CXR

how to give comments on CXR

the comments should include all of this

1. Plan CXR

2. P-A viem or A-P view

3. Patient was centralized or not

4. Find any fracture bones

5. Diaphragm condition

6. Costo pherinic angle condition

7. Cardio phrenic angle condition

8. Describe the hilum condition

9. Describe the heart

10. Determine the lung fills.

for example :

from this CXR (above), we know that this is P-A plan CXR..the equadistance between the medial end of both clavicles to the spinal column, inform us that the patient was well centralized..

now we can give comments about heart and lung fills..

if the patient was not well centralized, we can't give any comment about the heart and lung fills..

from this CXR, there is no fracture bones or dislocation joints.

the diaphragm was located well and the dome of the diaphragm was well observed..

the costo phrenic and cardio phrenic angles was normal, no accumulation of fluid or pleura effusion.

the hilum was hardly observed, so its is normal..no enlargement of hilum on the both side of lungs.

the heart was normal in size and well located..no cardiomegaly..

and the lung fills was full with milary nodes at the site of right hilum and distributed to the entire lungs..

from here we can conclude that this old female patient have Miliary TB..

3) 1 dunia faham senyum itu adalah simbol gembira,bahagia,suka..sbb ade 1 country ni, angguk kepala = menggeleng kepala kat negara laen, and menggeleng kepala = angguk kepala...ada faham??haha

4) Ade 18 cara senyuman..hurrmm explore urself..hehe

5) Senyuman babies istimewa..dia akan senyum untuk orang yg dia syang and percaya sahaja..mama..papa..etc

6) Manusia yg suka senyum lebih attractive,social,pleasant and cool daripada org yg x senyum lansung..

7) Senyum tuh natural..xyah gi kelas pom nak belajar cara senyum...

8) Senyum wat kite rase lebih lega..walaupom faking one..it will make us fell much better..

9) Ketawalah selama 30 minit..white blood cells korang akan increase 30%..aku belajar math sebelum ni..aku rase 30 tuh sangat banyak..hehe..u smile u healthy..

10) Waaa...arini baju buruk!!..jangan risau..korang senyum jerk sepanjang hari..peoples takkan perasan comot kat baju korang..they look at ur face!!..kalu buruk perangai pulak, xleh wat pepe la...

11) 88% manusia ingat muka manusia yang lagi sorang dengan mengingati cara dia senyum..

12) Nak kaji pasal senyum??..jadi lah ”gelotologists”.

13) Senyum kurangkan darah tinggi...
